Returns Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

As a small and growing business, we’re currently unable to cover return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and support as we scale responsibly.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re not able to offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
